Returns & exchanges:

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Contact me within 3 days of delivery
Send items back within: 7 days of delivery
I can NOT be held responsible for any Customs Fees your country will charge when the package enters your country. The customer is responsible for any Customs Fees.
If an order comes back to me undelivered and you want it shipped again YOU will be responsible to pay for the second shipping attempt, especially with International shipping.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items: custom or personalised orders, earring, items on sale.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not return in its’ original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value

If you gave me wrong size, it is possible to be resized for you, but you have to cover the delivery cost and resizing fee in some cases.
